Jim Truett has been an integral part of our company for 26 years, bringing extensive operations expertise and a deep understanding of every aspect of our production. After 30 years of working at Dewey’s, our VP of Production Jaime Marin has become an indispensable part of our team and a key player in ensuring our high standards are met. Jaime is known for his calm demeanor and ability to solve problems on the fly, ensuring that production runs on schedule while maintaining quality. He embodies our core values of integrity, resourcefulness, and kindness, making him not just a supervisor but a leader and mentor in our bakery. The production pro who’s seen it all
For 29 years, Javier has been a cornerstone of Dewey’s, growing alongside the company as we expanded our manufacturing capabilities. In the early days, he baked mostly by hand in smaller ovens, mastering the craft before taking on new roles in mixing, running production lines, and eventually becoming a lead supervisor. His hands-on experience and deep knowledge of our process make him an invaluable leader in our bakery. Javier always says he loves what he does, and it shows in the care and dedication he brings to every batch.
